Cardinal Health in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality planning, evaluation and control across product development and manufacturing. You will apply prevention-based methodologies to improve product quality and drive robust processes.

As a senior member, you will mentor peers, interpret regulations, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure standards are met while supporting efficient, compliant operations.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and teach new processes and skills across teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, methods, and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality planning, evaluation and control across development and manufacturing.
• Apply prevention-based methodologies to improve product quality and processes.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and mentor peers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex quality issues and ensure compliance.

What Quality Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Engineering manages product and service quality planning, evaluation and control. This job family works cross-functionally in the development and implementation of prevention-based methodologies used in designing, manufacturing, testing, and correction of products and services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred
