Jobtailor is seeking a Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end employee relocation and international assignments across global locations. You will serve as the primary contact for assignees on relocation, immigration, compensation, and benefits, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to align with the global mobility program.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in global mobility
  • Experience working with relocation management companies, immigration providers, and tax advisors
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English is mandatory
  • Experience in the specific process area
  • Experience working in a shared service organization
  • Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the end-to-end mobility process for employees relocating to and from various global locations
  • Manage a portfolio of international assignments throughout initiation, relocation, on-assignment support, and repatriation
  • Act as a point of contact for assignees regarding relocation, immigration, compensation, and benefits
  • Collaborate with People Leads and stakeholders to align with the global mobility program
  • Liaise with relocation management companies, immigration providers, and tax advisors
  • Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and elevate issues
  • Maintain accurate assignee records in the global mobility system
  • Support process improvements and program enhancements
  • Manage the invoicing process weekly
  • Develop standard operating procedures, training materials, and process improvements
  • Ensure procedures and data protection activities comply with company policies and applicable law
  • Analyze and report exceptions and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Lead sustainable continuous improvement for the team
