The role involves training unionized employees in EHS matters and coordinating site training plans, with a focus on reducing risk and improving safety culture. The candidate should have a relevant engineering degree and at least three years’ experience, including knowledge of hazardous waste management and AI-enabled productivity improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS, labor regulations, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of hazardous waste management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Mexican EHS regulations and safety policies.
• Coordinate site training plans, emergency response, and modular training.
• Conduct risk assessments and training needs analysis for the team.
