Job summary

Buckland is seeking an MX Air Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage end-to-end operations for an assigned customer portfolio within Air Operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, Buckland, and involved service providers from pre-alert through billing readiness.

The role requires proactive communication, adherence to SLAs and SOPs, and coordination with Customs Broker offices, airlines, warehouses, ground handlers, and transport providers

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for the assigned customer portfolio and maintain proactive communication.
• Understand operational needs and priorities for each customer.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, response times, and service commitments.
• Provide timely shipment status updates and maintain operational visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to meet customer priorities.
