Kuehne+Nagel in Mexico City is seeking an Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist to manage invoicing, FSL, and supplier invoice recognition. You will ensure data accuracy, support month-end close, and work with cross-functional teams to identify improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Freight Forwarding/Finance, solid accounting knowledge, and advanced English. The role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and process optimization within Air Logistics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Freight Forwarding and Finance.
• Understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial data quality across Air Logistics operations.
• Support month-end closing activities and resolve billing and CASS disputes efficiently.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, and Finance to identify revenue discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives to optimize billing, invoicing, and revenue care processes.
• Help maintain high service standards by ensuring invoices and financial documentation are processed accurately and on time.
