PALO IT is seeking an AI Tech Lead to architect and implement robust AI-driven applications in a cloud-native environment. You will leverage expertise in GCP, React 18, TypeScript, and Python FastAPI to build scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical roadmaps, review architectures, and collaborate with product managers to align technology with business goals while exploring new AI technologies to stay at the frontier.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
• 8+ years of software development with strong AI and cloud computing focus
• Proficiency in GCP, React 18, TypeScript, Python FastAPI, and modern databases
• Solid understanding of ADK and familiarity with Claude Code and GitHub workflows

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven software solutions
• Design and implement scalable databases to support applications
• Oversee integration of AI services across projects using ADK
• Mentor engineers in best practices for Claude Code, GitHub PRs, and project management
• Collaborate with product managers to shape technical roadmaps and requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews and code assessments for quality and security
• Foster innovation and adoption of new AI technologies
