PALO IT is seeking an AI Coach/Architect in Mexico City to guide product teams through AI-first development, shaping technical visions and architectural designs.

You will lead cross-functional teams on AI solutions using GCP and ADK, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to deliver AI-augmented features.

The role offers growth, international exposure, and access to internal R&D projects and Palo IT Academy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering/AI/Data Science or related fields.
• 5+ years in software architecture, AI implementations and coaching teams.
• Proficient in GCP with AI frameworks and tools such as ADK.
• Strong familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub PR workflows and GitHub Projects.
• Proven track record leading AI-driven projects and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in design, implementation and adoption of AI solutions on GCP.
• Develop architectural frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability and performance.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver AI-augmented features.
• Facilitate development with GitHub PR workflows and project management tools.
• Conduct workshops to empower teams to integrate AI effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI methodologies.
