Mastercard is seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer – AI Security Operations. You will protect Mastercard's AI platforms, models, and data, focusing on operational security across the AI lifecycle with tooling such as AI red teaming, guardrails, and AI‑SPM.

You will collaborate with AI engineering, data science, platform, and risk teams to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AI-enabled solutions, while aligning with regulatory standards and security best

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on security engineering/operations with AI/ML systems and related risks.
• Experience with AI security tooling (red team testing, guardrails, model evaluation, AI‑SPM).
• Proven ability to implement defensive controls to mitigate OWASP Top 10 for LLM apps.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and improve AI security tooling (red team tools, guardrails, model evaluation platforms, AI‑SPM).
• Translate findings into remediation actions and risk reduction.
• Integrate AI security tooling into security operations workflows (monitoring, alerts, incident response).
• Design secure architectures for AI systems with deployment patterns and access controls.
