Mastercard seeks a Lead, AI Security Operations Engineer to protect AI platforms, models, and data in active use. You will drive the operational security of AI systems, overseeing monitoring, testing, and response using advanced AI security tooling.

Collaborating with AI engineering, data science, platform, and risk teams, you will implement guardrails, enforce secure deployment patterns, and measure security postures to reduce risk across the AI lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML systems and security risks.
• Experience with AI security tools and defensive controls for LLMs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and improve AI security tooling, including red team testing and guardrails.
• Design secure AI deployment patterns and enforce access controls.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to embed security in the lifecycle.
• Support governance, standards, and compliance with NIST/ISO frameworks.
• Produce security reports and contribute to AI security KPIs and KRIs.
• Provide advisory and training on AI threats and defensive practices.
• Stay updated on AI threats and perform POCs for new security tools.
