Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, flagging errors, and scoring responses using structured guidelines. You will rate model outputs across key dimensions and craft clear, well-formed computer science prompts.

This is a freelance 1099 contract opportunity. Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America, including Mexico, with flexible hours up to 40 per week. Core pay is up to $34 USD/hr, plus additional incentives based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses to improve output.
• Write CS prompts to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
