This is a flexible, remote opportunity with compensation up to $34 USD per hour and additional incentive opportunities based on project performance and location.

You’ll join a distributed team of software engineers across Latin America and collaborate on real-world AI training tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and expand coding capabilities.
