Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and assigning quality judgments. You’ll rate model responses and craft clear prompts to push improvements, working with a distributed team across Latin America and beyond.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Computer Science, hands-on software engineering experience on live production code, excellent English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Freelance, remote, 1099 contract.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Bilingual or fluent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style.
