Outlier is hiring QA Coders to review AI-generated code and rate model responses. You will contribute to improving AI models by applying structured guidelines and writing prompts that challenge AI systems. Strong English communication and production code experience are required.

Join a freelance, 1099 role with flexible hours across Latin America, including Mexico. Expect competitive hourly pay up to $34, plus incentive bonuses based on project needs and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required or equivalent.
• Software engineering experience on live production codebases is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
