Paystand is seeking a senior Web Experience Lead to own the marketing website as a strategic digital product and growth platform. You will set the web strategy and roadmap, improve buyer discovery, and ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining high UX, performance, and scalable architecture.

The role involves decision ownership over strategy, standards, and prioritization, with hands-on involvement in execution and collaboration with design, content, and marketing partners.

Formación

• 5+ years in web strategy, digital experience, growth, UX, CRO, or related field.
• Proven ownership of meaningful website initiatives from strategy through launch.
• Strong experience with CMS platforms; HubSpot CMS highly valuable.
• Deep understanding of conversion optimization, analytics, and user journeys.
• Hands-on with HTML/CSS and modern web-development concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with autonomy.
