You will collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications, applying AI-native development practices and ensuring security, reliability, and performance across the stack.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Ability to move from ambiguous problems to practical solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and model APIs.
• Familiarity with secure engineering practices for high-trust systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to build the best user experience.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
