Paystand is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to architect and implement user-facing components of its open banking network. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to craft web applications that redefine user interactions.

As an AI-first organization, you will leverage AI-enabled development tools, guide architectural decisions, and mentor teammates. Strong cloud experience (AWS) and modern frontend/backend skills are highly valued.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, and infra.
• Ability to move from ambiguous problems to practical solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and model APIs is highly valued.
• Experience designing scalable, secure systems across cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web apps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ensure high-quality UX.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance across the stack.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and drive process improvements.
