Micron Technology seeks a Channel Sales Operations Analyst in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. You will support and optimize channel processes, maintain Model N for the Americas, and develop Power BI dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales/Business Operations, strong analytics, and experience with Model N, Excel, and Power BI. This on-site position collaborates with Sales, Finance, and IT to drive efficiency and accuracy across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Model N, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and optimize channel operations processes (POS, inventory, pricing/quoting, rebates, and partner performance) through system improvements and automation.
• Coordinate and maintain Model N for the Americas region, ensuring system accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI and AI tools to generate insights, detect anomalies, and support decision-making.
• Translate business needs into requirements, driving process improvements and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, IT, and partners.
• Perform data validation, reconcile discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and operational outcomes.
