Sitetracker in Mexico City is seeking an early-career Salesforce Operations Analyst to support post-sales processes and customer experience through hands-on system configuration, reporting, and small automation.

You will optimize data structures, build dashboards, and implement flows, working closely with CX teams to resolve issues and improve operational workflows. This role emphasizes practical, tactical execution and growth into an operations analytics path.

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce data objects and optimizing data structures.
• Ability to design and configure reports and dashboards to visualize operational metrics.
• Develop and implement Salesforce Flows, triggers, and notifications to automate processes.
• Possess Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.
• Read and update APEX code for Salesforce processes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute essential system enhancements to support post-sales teams.
• Adjust existing processes and systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Address access needs and implement minor changes to improve efficiency.
• Own end-to-end process for operational updates from vetting to enablement.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for performance insights.
