Maersk in Mexico City is seeking an Automation Engineer - AI & Intelligent Automation to join our Automation Center of Excellence. You will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and AI services to transform business processes and drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and AI specialists to implement end-to-end automation, ensure governance, and push the adoption of autonomous

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years designing and implementing automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating with SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, LLMs, or IDP.
• Understanding of enterprise automation architecture, solution design, and operational excellence.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Process Mining, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions that integrate APIs, RPA, AI services, and enterprise apps.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for document understanding, information extraction, email triage, content generation, and decision support.
• Create autonomous AI agents and digital assistants to orchestrate workflows and multi-step processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation solutions for reliability and performance.
• Apply governance, security, and Responsible AI across all initiatives.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand intelligent automation.
