411 Locals is hiring a Director of Ad Creative Strategy (AI-Native) to architect, manage, and scale our high-volume Meta Ads video engine. You will lead a production team, translate consumer psychology into high-converting video concepts, and drive rapid, data-driven creative testing at scale.

We leverage Generative AI workflows to accelerate testing and maintain quality, with a focus on direct-response performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years Managing Creative Operations in a agency/brand/marketing setting.
• Strong grasp of direct-response advertising principles and consumer psychology.
• Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI in production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Strategy & Ad Architecture across high-volume Meta Ads. Translate insights into hooks, scripts, visuals and CTAs.
• Directly manage and mentor a video editors, AI producers, and creative contributors; implement briefs and reviews.
• Develop hybrid production workflows using Generative AI tools while maintaining weekly output velocity.
• Create testing frameworks and track performance metrics to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Build scalable creative libraries, templates, and playbooks for localization across verticals.
