Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer in Mexico to prototype, automate, and integrate AI solutions that improve productivity across our enterprise. Build AI-driven workflows with Copilot Studio and UiPath, and connect agents to SharePoint, M365, and external APIs for seamless interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/AI/ML/DS or related field.
• 2 years of software development or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, ML pipelines, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms: Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, semantic chunking, and memory persistence.
• Ability to design context-aware systems using MCP for memory and prompts.
• .Net, C#, Python, Java, API development, SQL, PowerShell, Unix shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows using Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
• Integration & Enablement: Connect AI agents with enterprise systems (SharePoint, M365), external APIs, knowledge bases.
• Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and design intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration & Training: Partner with cross-functional teams to enable AI literacy and create best-practice documentation.
• Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce data protection and compliance standards.
• Security & Identity Integration: Ensure secure agent interactions with encryption, authentication, and authorization; integrate with identity platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback, iterate solutions, and drive scalable AI capabilities.
