MissionHires is seeking an experienced developer to evolve products by owning end-to-end feature development across modern web stacks. Key responsibilities include building full-stack features in React and developing a Python service layer for AI orchestration.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with web products, particularly in React (Next.js) and Ruby on Rails. Familiarity with APIs and real-time features is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building web products, especially with React (Next.js) or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: API design, schema design, testing, and performance optimization.
• Comfortable jumping between monolithic Rails apps, Next.js front-ends, and Python microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Build full-stack features in React/Typescript (Next.js, Rails-React hybrid).
• Develop a Python/FastAPI service layer for orchestrating AI features.
• Migrate Career Explorer flows into a partner Rails + React codebase.
