BairesDev is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive AI-first UX across an enterprise product. Lead usability improvements and collaborate with AI-assisted design workflows to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will work with an AI-aligned design system, partner with UI engineers, and iterate on product surfaces based on user feedback. Strong English skills required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Hands-on with AI design tooling (Lovable or Claude Design).
• Experience designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software.
• Experience with design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design UX/UI solutions for dense enterprise workflows using AI-first tooling.
• Work within an AI-aligned design system and evolve it as needed.
• Collaborate with UI engineers to ensure clean handoff.
• Continuously improve product surfaces based on usability findings and feedback.
• Apply customer-perspective design thinking to complex enterprise problems.
