BairesDev is seeking a Senior UI Designer (Figma) to lead the design of intuitive interfaces for digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable design solutions, ensure consistency across platforms, and drive continuous improvement of design systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in UI design or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UI design initiatives from concept to final delivery.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design components in Figma.
• Define and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
