Salesforce is seeking a Field Service AI Technical Architect to lead design and implementation of AI-enabled field service solutions for customers worldwide. You will collaborate with customers and implementers to capture requirements and deliver scalable architectures that meet business goals.

The role requires deep Field Service knowledge, experience with APEX/Flows in Salesforce, and strong communication. Travel up to 20–30% is expected as part of client engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of client-facing leadership in global organizations.
• Extensive Field Service domain experience.
• Experience designing and customizing Salesforce solutions using APEX and Flows.
• Experience with Generative AI-based tools.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement AI-based field service solutions.
• Lead customer discovery and define technical requirements with the client.
• Define and track customer KPIs with operations managers.
• Design simulations and identify optimization techniques for KPIs.
• Review scheduling outputs using AI to align with business goals.
• Develop tools and methodologies to strengthen Field Service practice.
• Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and drive co-innovation with product teams.
