Corning is seeking a Product Catalog and Playbook Analyst to manage the documentation, organization, and maintenance of AI Enablement offerings. You will ensure stakeholders can understand products, use cases, and adoption steps.

You will maintain catalogs in Gitlab and SharePoint, develop playbooks, templates, and guidance materials, and partner with product and business teams to keep content current and usable across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in documentation, knowledge management, internal enablement, content operations, or related work.
• Experience with Gitlab, Copilot Studio, Agent Management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly materials.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain catalog of AI Enablement products, services, tools, and resources in Gitlab and SharePoint.
• Document offerings with clear format: use cases, audiences, access pathways.
• Develop and update playbooks, job aids, templates, and guidance materials.
• Organize information for usability and findability across materials.
• Collaborate with product, program, and business stakeholders to keep content current.
