Novartis México is seeking a Manager, Enablement Architect - Playbook in Mexico City to develop scalable AI adoption assets and practical playbooks that empower business teams to use AI safely and responsibly. Reporting to the Director, Self-Service & AI Adoption, the role blends instructional design, change enablement, and content development to translate complex guidance into actionable resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from the list of acceptable disciplines.
• 4+ years in enablement, instructional design, or related areas.
• Experience creating playbooks, toolkits, and knowledge assets for enterprise users.
• Strong writing, communication, and user-centered design skills.
• English fluent; experience with AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop reusable AI adoption playbooks, workflow guides, prompt libraries, readiness checklists, and toolkits.
• Design practical learning experiences for safe AI experimentation.
• Ensure materials comply with legal, privacy, security, and Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with governance teams to embed requirements into materials.
• Create manager resources to support behavior change and adoption.
• Maintain content standards and governance processes.
• Gather feedback and improve self-service experiences.
• Monitor asset usage and adoption trends to enhance content.
