Corning Inc. is seeking a Product Catalog and Playbook Analyst to manage and support automation and agents responsible for AI Enablement documentation and guidance materials.

You will ensure stakeholders can understand products, use cases, and adoption paths, while maintaining consistency and clarity across catalogs and playbooks. The role emphasizes content usability, alignment with evolving needs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in documentation, knowledge management, internal enablement, content operations, or related work.
• Experience with Gitlab, CoPilot Studio, Agent Management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly materials.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the catalog of AI Enablement products, services, tools, and resources using repositories in Gitlab and Sharepoint.
• Document offerings in a clear and consistent format, including use cases, intended audiences, and access pathways.
• Develop and update playbooks, job aids, templates, and supporting guidance materials.
• Organize information to improve usability, findability, and consistency across materials.
• Partner with product, program, and business stakeholders to keep content current and aligned with evolving needs.
• Gather feedback on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support launch and adoption activities through documentation and enablement content.
• Help standardize content management practices, templates, and documentation conventions.
