IgniteTech is seeking an enablement-focused specialist to onboard enterprise customers to AI-native engagement tools, run client demos, and own documentation across product families. You will build and refine AI-driven enablement systems, enabling agents to autonomously handle recurring onboarding tasks and feedback loops.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise community engagement and/or social media management platforms.
• Strong customer-facing experience with live demos and onboarding.
• Excellent written content and product documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make every customer touchpoint enterprise-grade, accurate, and current.
• Relentlessly remove bottlenecks for AI agents to own enablement work.
• Create durable prompts, context files, and agent workflows for shared repos.
• Channel customer feedback and onboarding insights to product leadership.
