Hire Overseas is seeking a Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle for an AI-driven operating stack serving SMB operators. You will blend customer discovery with hands-on AI tooling to shape direction, build AI skills, and ship real automations that replace manual work.

This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation and requires availability during US business hours. You will own initiatives end-to-end, collaborating across teams to translate customer needs into concrete specs and

Formación

• Genuine AI fluency and ability to apply AI to workflows.
• Experience in product management or product operations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into specs.
• Comfort with building AI tools and automations.
• Strong written English communication and async collaboration.
• Self-directed with strong ownership from start to ship.

Responsabilidades

• Talk with customers to understand needs, pain points, and workflows.
• Translate requirements into clear product briefs and AI skill specs.
• Identify gaps and prioritize what to build next.
• Maintain feedback loop between customer insights and product decisions.
• Build, configure, and improve AI skills and automations.
• Test AI-powered features and iterate based on data.
• Own delivery of initiatives from requirement to deployment.
• Coordinate with teams to keep builds on track and documented.
