QAD Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Go-to-Market Operations Engineer in Pune, India. This hybrid role blends software engineering, data science, and revenue strategy to augment the GTM stack with AI across sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success.

You will design AI integrations, build internal LLM tools, and create agentic workflows to boost pipeline and reduce friction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of modern B2B GTM stack — Salesforce as CRM and data hub.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration and prompt libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code, and deploy custom AI integrations across CRM and Sales Engagement platforms.
• Build internal LLM-based tools to automate account enrichment and outbound messaging.
• Develop agentic workflows for routine administrative tasks across the revenue organization.
• Audit the tech stack with RevOps/Marketing Ops to reduce vendor spend and identify AI improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership on AI-driven content distribution and performance marketing automation.
