QAD seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Value Creation team, focusing on AI transformation, operating model evolution, and driving measurable business impact across functions. The role involves translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, building trackers and dashboards, and partnering with Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, HR, and Legal to monitor progress and resolve blockers.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, corporate strategy, transformation, or a similar analytical/execution role.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, financial logic, KPI analysis, and business cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to synthesize inputs into executive-ready materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and translating ambiguous asks into structured outputs.
• Interest in AI, business transformation, software, enterprise technology, or operational improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high‑level strategic priorities into specific, measurable initiatives with owners, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and impact.
• Build and maintain initiative trackers, KPI dashboards, business cases, and executive reporting materials.
• Partner with across Engineering, Product, GTM, Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Legal to track progress and unblock progress.
• Support operating rhythms, including leadership reviews and SteerCo materials.
• Conduct analysis to size opportunities, assess benefits, track actual vs. planned impact, and identify areas needing attention.
• Build executive-ready analyses and materials; create KPI trees and simple financial models.
• Structure AI use cases with problem statements, workflows, data requirements, adoption metrics, and outcomes.
