EPAM Systems is seeking a Solution Architect (AI & Data Platform) to shape a unified data platform and AI-driven workflows across Snowflake and AWS. You will align architecture with senior stakeholders while staying hands-on with engineering execution and code contributions.

Responsibilities include gap analysis, designing a unified Snowflake/AWS platform, and defining scalable AI workflows with strong collaboration across leadership and engineering teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture
• 2+ years leading a team (min 20 people)
• 2 full-cycle project experiences or multiple lifecycle phases
• Experience delivering enterprise AI/data transformations
• Snowflake data modeling and performance tuning
• Hands-on AWS: S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM
• Strong Python and advanced SQL
• Kafka and Airflow in production
• AI/ML workflows and agent-based systems
• Data platform consolidation strategies and trade-offs
• English proficiency at B2 or higher

Responsabilidades

• Perform a gap analysis of the existing data and AI architecture
• Design and deliver a unified data platform spanning Snowflake and AWS
• Define AI workflow architecture that scales and minimizes technical debt
• Collaborate with senior leadership and data platform teams to align priorities
• Review, guide, and contribute to code development to support delivery
• Drive best practices across data engineering and AI architecture
