EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Solution Architect (AI & Data Platform) to shape a cohesive data environment and AI-driven workflows spanning Snowflake and AWS. You will coordinate architectural direction with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on with engineering delivery and code contributions.

The role requires leading large teams, guiding multi-project data transformations, and delivering enterprise-scale AI initiatives.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of 40+ members.
• Participation in 8+ full-cycle projects across development lifecycle.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI and data transformation programs.
• Strong Snowflake expertise including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM).
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data platforms.
• Experience with Kafka and Airflow in production environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and agent-based system design.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out gap analysis of the current data and AI architecture ecosystem.
• Design and rollout a unified data platform covering Snowflake and AWS.
• Define AI workflow architecture enabling scalable solutions and reduced debt.
• Collaborate with leadership and data platform teams to align priorities.
• Review and contribute to code to maintain delivery momentum.
