PALO IT is hiring a Business Analyst in Mexico City to bridge stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals and user needs. You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.

Responsibilities include defining user needs with UX teams, validating requirements, and using data analysis to identify growth opportunities while supporting agile ceremonies and continuous improvement within project

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology environment.
• Proficient in using Figma for wireframing and collaboration with UX teams.

• Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to define user needs and business requirements using Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units.
• Utilize GitHub Projects for effective project management, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across teams.
• Employ Claude Code to enhance documentation of business requirements, specifications, and validation processes.
• Facilitate discussions and interviews with stakeholders to capture key insights for project direction.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage in iterative validation sessions to ensure solutions meet business expectations and provide excellent user experiences.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing to agile ceremonies and promoting best practices.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst at PALO IT, you will serve as a critical link between stakeholders and the technology teams, ensuring that the solutions we develop align with the business objectives and user needs. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.

• Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to define user needs and business requirements using tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes.

• Analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business units.

• Utilize GitHub Projects for effective project management, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across teams.

• Employ Claude Code to enhance documentation of business requirements, specifications, and validation processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions and interviews with stakeholders to capture key insights that will inform project direction and deliverables.

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Engage in iterative validation sessions to ensure solutions meet business expectations and provide excellent user experiences.

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing to agile ceremonies and promoting best practices.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology environment.

• Proficient in using Figma for wireframing and collaboration with UX teams.

• Experience with GitHub Projects for managing project tasks and workflows.

• Familiarity with Claude Code and its application in documentation and collaborative efforts.

• Strong analytical skills with a penchant for problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various audiences.

• Proven ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
