Formación

• Backend development experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 8/10.
• Hands-on with Web APIs and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong security know-how including encryption and Azure AD.
• Experience with Azure Web Apps, Functions and Key Vault.
• CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code using IaC tools (Bicep, Terraform).

Your Role

As a Backend Developer specialized in C# and .NET, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable web applications, focusing on integrating cloud solutions and adhering to best practices in security and architecture.

• Developing backend services and APIs using C# (.NET 8 / .NET 10), facilitating seamless interactions between different components of the application.
• Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT and OAuth2, ensuring secure access to services and data.
• Designing and deploying cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Web Apps and Functions, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Instrumenting Application Insights for monitoring and logging, enabling proactive troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborating with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, streamlining the deployment process.
• Managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Bicep or Terraform for efficient resource provisioning.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core/.NET 8/.NET 10, including hands‑on experience with Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and practices, including cryptography with AES/RSA and familiarity with Azure Active Directory.
• Extensive experience with Azure services, particularly in configuring Web Apps, Functions, and Azure Key Vault, as well as implementing secure access through Managed Identities.
• Familiar with DevOps principles, including creating CI/CD pipelines and maintaining code quality through unit and integration testing (using frameworks like xUnit and NUnit).
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, leveraging Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for Azure projects.
• Strong analytical skills, able to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide solutions promptly.

AI-Native Engineering (Core Expectation)

• Use Generative AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a first-class engineering assistant for:
• Code scaffolding and refactoring
• Code generation and optimisation
• Test-cases and documentation generation
• Build applications through AI-driven development practices, including:
• AI-assisted debugging and troubleshooting
• Intelligent code completion and pattern recognition
• Automated documentation generation
• Apply prompt engineering best practices for reliable, repeatable engineering outcomes.
• Validate GenAI output (determinism checks, guardrails, fallback logic).
