You will ensure the chatbot is accurate, compliant, and continuously improving, while delivering measurable business value across marketing, sales, and customer support. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, translating needs into effective AI behavior and driving initiatives

Formación

• 3–6+ years managing AI chatbots, Enterprise Apps, or Digital Products.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Azure OpenAI instances, manage model versions, API integrations, and system uptime.
