Mitratech is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to design, deploy, and maintain AI agent solutions across the enterprise. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, using BotDojo to create automated workflows and conversation flows, with full lifecycle responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in conversational AI, scripting skills, and a focus on data privacy and operational efficiency, plus the ability to train end users and document processes for compliance.

Formación

• Prompt Engineering – experience in defining clear prompts and debugging prompts.
• AI Agent Development – understanding conversational AI and agent workflow design.
• API Integration – skills with REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Database Fundamentals – basic SQL and database concepts for data access.
• BotDojo Platform – willingness to learn or familiarity with the platform.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from business teams and train end-users on AI agent functionality.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using BotDojo and approved tools.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintain agent documentation.
• Monitor performance and perform maintenance across deployed agents.
• Integrate AI agents with existing systems via scripting and data workflows.
• Ensure security, data privacy and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze usage data and produce impact reports.
