As an Acceleration Center - Data Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision‑making. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights
• Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
• Leveraging machine learning skills for predictive analytics
• Excelling in complex data modeling and integration
• Navigating ambiguity with critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
