PwC México is seeking a Senior Associate Full Stack Developer to lead design, code, and test applications enabling digital transformation. You will work across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services, delivering high‑quality software with ATDD practices and CI/CD pipelines.

You will develop backend services in C#.NET and C++, build frontend components with React/Angular, and collaborate with global teams to address complex client needs while upholding PwC's standards and independence

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience required.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

As a Full Stack Developer - Senior Associate, you will be at the front‑of‑house of software and product innovation, focusing on developing advanced software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences


• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality


• Managing API integrations and enterprise application architecture to support seamless software functionality


• Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and troubleshoot issues effectively


• Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and implement software project planning


• Applying analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas


• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients


• Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

• Currently have Bachelor's degree


• At least 3-4 years of experience


• Oral and written proficiency in English required
