Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Marketing Strategy and Planning lead to drive integrated planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional initiatives across the assigned portfolio. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, track performance, and shape go-to-market strategies to strengthen commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
• 3–4 years in marketing and coordination of commercial initiatives; healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, process optimization, launches preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; CRM and digital tools knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business objectives into actionable brand and tactical plans with milestones, owners, resources and metrics.
• Coordinate development and timely execution of campaigns, materials, and customer-facing activities.
• Lead strategic projects to improve performance, efficiency, and go-to-market models; define scope and governance.
• Track budgets, suppliers, onboarding, invoices and approvals; ensure compliance in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, and Procurement; influence without formal authority.
