Belcan seeks a Technical Project Manager for a one-year PDE contract in Querétaro, Mexico. The role focuses on overseeing and coordinating the technical execution of complex aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional leadership with engineers and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in aerospace or turbomachinery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards applicable to aerospace or turbomachinery.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools, MBD, digital assembly and drawing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
