Valeo is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Querétaro to lead R&D efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of components on time and within budget. You will interface with customers as the first technical contact, manage risks, and align with PDP/CPM standards.

Responsibilities include organizing reviews, tracking BOM costs, overseeing EBOM, and driving milestones with ASPICE compliance, reporting to the PM or R&D Manager.

Formación

• Experience leading R&D projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with PDP/CPM processes and industry standards (ASPICE).
• Ability to manage budgets, BOM costs and project risks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first technical contact for R&D projects with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver components on time and within budget.
• Organize reviews and technical meetings; ensure alignment between stakeholders.
• Monitor R&D hours, budgets, and BOMs; flag deviations and drive back-on-track plans.
• Report progress to Project Manager or R&D Manager and escalate critical issues.
