Collins Aerospace seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead development of aerospace manufacturing processes. You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize procedures from research to production, and mentor engineers to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, leadership experience, and a track record in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing within a manufacturing environment. Domestic travel and visa considerations may apply.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in engineering and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience and a minimum of 2 years of proven leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effective mass production.
• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers to ensure quality and standards.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
