Job summary

GE Vernova Aero LM products require an Aero Product Service Engineer to provide global technical engineering support for LM2500, LM6000, and LMS100 packages. You will address mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, delivering technical resolutions for operations, installation, and commissioning.

You will lead remote support, issue resolution, fleet data maintenance, and on-site installation oversight while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to improve fleet availability and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Proven field service experience with gas turbine technology, controls, instrumentation, or troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for GE Vernova Aero LM products (LM2500, LM6000, LMS100).
Deliver technical resolutions for operations, installation & commissioning issues.
Lead fleet data maintenance, fault resolution, and service bulletin implementation.
Oversee installation & commissioning activities of new Aero products with timely customer support.
Analyze field events to identify root causes and corrective actions.
