Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Field Specialist II - SVS - AERO to lead field service for aeroderivative turbines in Veracruz, Mexico. The role involves coordinating field activities, ensuring safe execution, and training crew members.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with 5+ years in field service and willingness to travel extensively, including offshore assignments. The position emphasizes technical drawings understanding, outages participation, and knowledge of Boroscope

Formación

• Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required.
• Have at least 5 years' of experience in field service or maintenance position.
• Have participated in Minor/Major outages, commissioning and installation.
• Know about L1 service - Boroscope
• Know about Hot and Cold Section Exchange
• Have the ability to understand and implement technical drawings.
• Know maintenance procedures for Aeroderivatives turbines
• Have troubleshooting experience.
• Have availability to travel 90% of time.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work offshore and overseas
• T BOSIET/THUET certificates are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee field site work, ensuring quality service to the customer.
• Provide planning for the job, including crew instructions and equipment used.
• Direct service operators and ensure safe execution per TPS processes.
• Coordinate cleanup, repair and preparation of equipment for next job.
• Train operators to improve performance and maintain team relations.
• Interact with customer representatives and field team to support job scope.
