Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali seeks a Manufacturing Engineer PI3 to support CNC development programs for new products 3–5 axes and to drive process improvements across manufacturing operations. This role requires a mechanical, mechatronic, or aerospace background with 5 years experience in manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will create SOPs, IWIs, lead RCCA tasks and Lean projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products meet design and quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/mechatronic/aerospace engineering.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of CNC and lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support CNC development programs for 3–5 axis projects.
• Implement CNC projects and plans; analyze and conceptualize.
• Create SOPs (IWIs) and BOM with revisions; manage work plans.
• Lead RCCA activities and drive manufacturing improvements.
• Support other departments and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Lead innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.
