Lear Corporation is seeking a Supply Continuity Analyst to strengthen the resilience of our supply chain. You will focus on improving productivity, reducing costs, and securing material availability across manufacturing facilities by managing supplier relationships and escalations.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams—manufacturing, quality, engineering, and purchasing—to drive corrective actions, monitor market trends, and mitigate supply risks while supporting continuous

Formación

  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in International relations, Business Administration or related.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage suppliers to resolve escalated critical supply constraints and ensure continuity of supply into Lear's manufacturing facilities.
  • Work with external suppliers and Lear internal cross functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, purchasing) as the leader in complex escalations to drive short and long-term corrective actions.
  • Keep up to date on market trends within the assigned commodity to stay ahead of any potential risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the commodity purchasing team to provide insight and guidance on market and supplier capacity.
  • Manage assigned commodities to proactively evaluate risk to supply based on operations plan, tier III/sub-supplier material stocking plans, and capacity.
  • Document suppliers’ long-term plans and strategy to drive continuous improvement through regular audits of these plans.

Job Description
