Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Physical Science is required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and project management.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools, software, and best practices.
• Experience with new technology introduction and change management in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern digital tools and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing readiness templates and procedures (MRL).
• Architect and maintain standard work and templates for advanced manufacturing processes across sites.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and AM teams to define requirements for complex manufacturing technology projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional MRL readiness assessments and prepare executive summaries and strategic reports for leadership.
• Partner with project managers to design and execute MRL gap closure plans, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Champion alignment and best practices across multiple sites and teams.
