A leading manufacturing firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced engineer to join their Advanced Manufacturing Department. The role involves ensuring smooth project launches and providing input for new product development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, alongside 5–7 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering. The position also requires strong skills in APQP, PPAP, and Lean Manufacturing principles, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, Feasibility reviews, and process validation.
• Experience with CAD tools and manufacturing process simulation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth new project launch by interfacing between teams.
• Provide input to process development activities for new products.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation.
